Job Description
- Perform business process consultation and translate business needs into functional requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new business requirements and collaborate within the global IT team to assure realization - in line with the Business and IT strategy.
- Lead and run small projects to implement new business processes in SAP CRM and ERP.
- Create specifications for developments, as well as data conversions.
- Create user documentation, as well as transfer new functionality implemented through customizing.
- Establish development rules and manage effective relationships with vendors and external development partners if needed.
- Daily business support in ERP and CRM.
