SAP BASIS Consultant with SAP RISE

We are looking for an experienced SAP BASIS Consultant with strong SAP RISE expertise to support and lead SAP RISE migrations, particularly for SAP GTS and S/4HANA systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing end-to-end RISE transitions, system administration, and operations in cloud-based SAP landscapes.

• Lead and execute minimum 3 end-to-end SAP RISE migration projects, specifically for SAP GTS and S/4HANA environments
• Perform SAP BASIS administration activities including installation, upgrades, migrations, system refreshes, and performance tuning
• Manage SAP systems hosted on SAP RISE with managed cloud infrastructure (Hyperscalers like AWS/Azure/GCP as part of RISE)
• Coordinate with SAP, infrastructure, functional teams, and business stakeholders during RISE engagements
• Plan and execute system conversions, sandbox iterations, dress rehearsals, cutovers, and post-go-live support
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot basis-related incidents, and ensure high availability and system stability
• Manage transports, client administration, user administration, role authorizations, and security compliance
• Support SAP kernel upgrades, support pack stacks, and patch management
• Assist in disaster recovery planning, backups, and system performance optimization
• Prepare technical documentation and migration reports

• Minimum 3 SAP RISE migration experiences (end-to-end) must have
• Strong experience with SAP BASIS administration for S/4HANA and SAP GTS
• Hands-on experience with SAP RISE architecture and operations
• Expertise in SAP OS/DB migrations, system copies, and upgrades
• Strong understanding of SAP cloud deployment and managed services model
• Experience working with SAP Solution Manager, ChaRM, and monitoring tools
• Good troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
