Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support SAP Basis environments.
- Perform Oracle Database Administration activities for SAP systems.
- Configure, monitor and troubleshoot Oracle Data Guard environments.
- Handle database installation, configuration, upgrades, patching and maintenance.
- Monitor database health, performance, availability and capacity.
- Manage backup, recovery and disaster recovery activities.
- Perform Data Guard switchover/failover and troubleshoot replication issues.
- Work on SAP–Oracle connectivity and database-related SAP Basis issues.
- Support production incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
- Ensure high availability and business continuity of SAP/Oracle environments.
