Sap Analytics Manager

We are looking for a skilled and business-focused SAP Functional - Assistant Manager, to support and enhance SAP S/4 HANA processes across the organisation.

The role will involve working closely with business functions, understanding process requirements, providing functional support, driving system improvements, and collaborating with SAP partners and technical teams for effective solutions.

Role & responsibilities

SAP Functional Support & Process Improvement

• Collaborate with business functions to understand SAP support requirements and new development needs.
• Analyse existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions aligned with best practices.
• Understand business challenges and map them into effective SAP solutions.
• Configure new processes or update existing SAP configurations based on business requirements.
• Provide independent functional support to end users and resolve SAP-related issues.

SAP S/4 HANA Support & Development Coordination

• Provide functional support in SAP S/4 HANA modules including MM, SD, and FI.
• Work closely with SAP support vendors and technical teams to resolve system issues.
• Identify system enhancements and coordinate with ABAP developers for custom developments.
• Gather business requirements and coordinate development activities with implementation partners.
• Review and validate solutions delivered by technical teams.

Testing & Implementation Support

• Perform initial testing of new developments and configuration changes.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with functional teams.
• Ensure successful implementation of system changes with minimal business disruption.
• Prepare test scenarios and validate system functionality.

Audit & Compliance Support

• Support KSOX audit requirements and provide necessary documentation.
• Ensure SAP processes follow internal controls and compliance requirements.

Education Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering / Information Technology / Computer Applications / Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
• SAP certification in relevant modules will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• Experience in SAP functional support and implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA modules MM, SD, and FI.
• Experience in SAP configuration, testing, and business process mapping.
• Exposure to S/4 HANA implementation projects will be preferred.

• Strong understanding of SAP business processes.
• Good knowledge of SAP MM, SD, and FI modules.
• Ability to analyse business requirements and provide SAP-based solutions.
• Understanding of SAP configuration and enhancement processes.

Technical & Analytical Skills:

• Basic understanding of ABAP development and coordination with technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
