Job Description

  • Development: Design, code, debug, and maintain ABAP programs, reports (ALV, interactive), interfaces (RFC, OData), function modules, user exits, BAPIs, and Smartforms/Adobe Forms Workflow
  • Collaboration: Work with business analysts and functional consultants to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Support: Troubleshoot production issues, resolve tickets, and provide 2nd/3rd level support.
    Testing: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical specifications, design documents, and user manuals.
    Code Quality: Adhere to coding standards, perform code reviews, and optimize ABAP code for performance.
  • SAP Fiori Development Maintenance: Design, develop, and troubleshoot SAP Fiori applications while ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Modernization: Develop solutions for S/4HANA, SAP BTP, RAP (RESTful Application Programming), and Cloud solutions
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor s or master s in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Worked as an SAP PLM ABAP developer supporting product lifecycle management processes
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in required technologies.
  • SAP ABAP Expertise along with experience in working S/4 HANA environment.
  • SAP Development Integration knowledge of SAPUI5, SAP Gateway, OData services is preferred
  • Proficiency in ABAP programming languages and related skills such as Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows Bapi RFCs debugging and troubleshooting SAP applications
  • Proficiency in HANA objects such as CDS Views, AMDPs, SQL Scripts, Calc Views, Stored Procedures and optimize ABAP code for in-memory performance.
  • Proficiency in SAP enhancement framework (BADIs, User Exits)
  • Experience with performance optimization techniques for ABAP and SQL
  • Knowledge of SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) and ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP)
  • Experience in SAP Fiori development and configuration, including SAPUI5 and SAP Gateway OData services development
  • Experience in using GitLab for code management
  • Experience in SAP Gateway and OData for connecting backend systems
  • Experience with SAP system upgrades, support packages, and implementing SAP notes
  • Proficiency in creating and supporting Adobe forms and SAP workflows is must
