Project Role Description: Analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work.

• 15 years full-time education

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide technical leadership within the team.

• Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure effective delivery of development tasks.

• Take responsibility for key technical decisions and support decision-making across multiple teams.

• Deliver solutions to complex technical problems affecting the immediate and extended teams.

• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to build team capabilities and promote continuous improvement.

• Monitor project timelines, ensuring milestones are met while upholding quality standards.

• Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

• Strong grasp of object-oriented programming principles.

• Experience in performance tuning and optimization within SAP systems.

• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and UI5 development frameworks.

• Ability to diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues independently.

• Minimum 5 to 9 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
