Job Description
Job Summary
- We are looking for a skilled and motivated SAP ABAP Developer with 4-5 years of hands-on experience to join our team on an urgent basis.
- The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in ABAP development and be comfortable working directly at the client location.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain SAP applications using ABAP programming
- Work on Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms (RICEF objects)
- Perform debugging, performance tuning, and optimization of existing programs
- Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and deliver solutions
- Develop and support SmartForms, SAP Scripts, and Adobe Forms
- Handle Data Dictionary objects (tables, views, indexes)
- Work on BADI, User Exits, Enhancements, and Function Modules
- Ensure code quality, documentation, and adherence to SAP best practices
- Provide production support and resolve issues within defined SLAs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development
- Strong experience in RICEF objects
- Hands-on experience in Enhancements, BADI, User Exits
- Knowledge of ALV Reports (OO & Classical)
- Experience with IDOCs, BAPIs, and RFCs
- Familiarity with SAP modules like FI, MM, SD (preferred)
- Good debugging and performance tuning skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in client-facing roles
- Exposure to S/4HANA environment is a plus
- Basic understanding of SAP Fiori/UI5 (good to have)
- Core ABAP: Data Dictionary (Tables, Views), Function Modules, and Reports (OO ALV & Classical).
- RICEF Objects: Proven experience developing Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms.
- Enhancement Framework: Deep knowledge of BADI, User Exits, and Customer Exits.
- Integration: Hands-on with IDOCs, BAPI, and RFCs for connecting SAP with external systems.
- Forms: Proficiency in SmartForms, SAP Scripts, and Adobe Forms.
- Cross-Module Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP FI (Finance), MM (Materials Management), and SD (Sales & Distribution).
- Performance: Expert debugging and performance tuning skills.
- Bachelors or Master degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering (or equivalent)

- Willingness to work from client location (Greater Noida, Knowledge Park-5)
