The Data Science Manager will lead teams in designing and implementing advanced analytics and AI solutions for clients across industries. The role involves managing a team of data scientists, collaborating with business and technology stakeholders, and delivering insights that drive strategic decision-making. The candidate will work on data-driven initiatives spanning predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI-enabled solutions.

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, analysts, and ML engineers.
• Drive end-to-end data science projects including problem definition, data collection, model development, and deployment.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Develop and implement machine learning models, predictive analytics, NLP, and AI frameworks.
• Ensure quality, scalability, and robustness of analytical solutions.
• Monitor project progress, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery of client commitments.
• Contribute to thought leadership, proposals, and capability development within the Data & AI practice.
• Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies and industry trends and incorporate best practices.
