Sample QC Executive is responsible for inspecting, testing, and verifying product samples to ensure they meet company quality standards and regulatory requirements.

- Perform quality control testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples in accordance with approved specifications, standard operating procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct analytical and physical tests using laboratory instruments and equipment, accurately record observations, analyze results, and ensure data integrity in laboratory documentation systems.
- Review test reports, certificates of analysis, and laboratory records to verify compliance with quality standards, identify deviations, and promptly report out-of-specification results.
- Maintain laboratory instruments through routine calibration, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting activities to ensure reliable and consistent analytical performance.
- Assist in investigations related to quality issues, deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints, and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety procedures, and company quality policies while maintaining a clean and organized laboratory environment.
- Coordinate with production, quality assurance, and warehouse teams for timely sample collection, testing, and release of materials and products to support uninterrupted operations.
