Requirements

• Proven work experience in a similar role, preferably in a premium salon.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Exceptional customer service skills to handle client concerns gracefully.

Responsibilities

• Providing thorough consultations to clients to understand their needs and preferences, and explaining services, prepaids, treatments, and products in a clear and knowledgeable manner.
• Staff management: Handling conflicts and fostering a positive team environment, taking care of staff's well-being and professional development, conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback etc.
• Ensuring the salon runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Ordering supplies and maintaining equipment.
• Implementing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and providing excellent service.
