Position : Salesforce Technical Architect with Omni Studio Experience

Location : Hyderabad / Chennai/Noida/Pune/Mumbai/Bangalore(2 days Hybrid)

Experience : 10 years in salesforce & 2 years in Omnistudio

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 / 30 Days

Role & responsibilities :

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored to Provider Network Management(Salesforce Industries health cloud).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Should work as liaison/connector among external stakeholder (Providers), Internal (Business/Sales/Market) and Technical teams (Dev/QA/BSA).
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including solution design, configuration, and user guides.
• Ensure the scalability and performance of Salesforce solutions, optimizing for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce releases, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
• Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation.
• Candidates must possess practical, hands-on expertise in OmniStudio.
• Must possess expert-level proficiency in Apex and Flows, and be capable of developing highquality code.
• Should be well versed with Omnistudio core components like Omniscripts, Integration Procedures, Datamappers, Flex Cards etc.,
• Working with Aura/LWC components is required.
• Must possess prior practical experience working with JSON, JavaScript, and other relevant web development frameworks.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, with a focus on Provider Network Management.
• Very strong knowledge in Health Cloud Provider domain (provider contracting with Payor Recruiting, Credentialing, Contracting, Onboarding ,=& Ongoing)
• Should have strong knowledge in PNM objects - Application Case, Individual Application, Insurance Policy, Person Employment, Provider Network Tier, Provider Network Contract, Care Fee Schedule Item, Fee Schedule Definition, Contract Payment Agreement, Standard Care Fee Agreement, Categorized Care Fee Agreement, Capitation Care Fee Agreement, Shared Saving Payment Agreement, Percentile Care Fee Agreement, Bundled Care Fee Agreement, Preventive Care Agreement etc.
• Should understand the backend tables related to all PNM modules/object their connections, API connections, interfaces and can guide Technical team.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Industries Health Cloud and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry standards, including HIPAA and HL7.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce certified Omnistudio Developer/Consultant(Preferrable), Salesforce Certified Health Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.

Good-to-have Skills:

• Experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like ADO (Azure Devops)
• Knowledge of data migration and ETL processes.
• Ability to stay current with the latest Salesforce updates and industry trends.
