Salesforce Technical Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.
• Define technical architecture, integration strategies, and application design aligned with business requirements.
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and platform modernization initiatives.
• Develop and review complex Apex code, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and integration components.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, Middleware, and APIs.
• Establish and enforce Salesforce development standards, best practices, governance, and security guidelines.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor development teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive architecture discussions, technical estimations, and solution reviews.
• Ensure system scalability, performance optimization, and adherence to Salesforce platform limits.
• Support deployment planning, DevOps processes, release management, and CI/CD implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with 7+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience.
• Strong expertise in:
• Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Salesforce Service Cloud
• Salesforce CPQ
• Extensive hands-on experience with:
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• SOQL/SOSL
• Salesforce APIs and Integrations
• Proven experience in Salesforce Application Architecture and System Architecture.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and best practices.
• Experience designing and delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governance.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
