Job Description
- Define architectural direction and guide delivery teams.
- Lead and facilitate technical and architectural discussions with customers and stakeholders.
- Own solution architecture and technical strategy for Salesforce implementations.
- Ensure best practices, scalability, and seamless integration with enterprise ecosystems.
- Collaborate with business and delivery leaders to align customer strategy, architectural vision, and long-term platform roadmap.
- Perform current-state vs future-state analysis and define architecture roadmaps, implementation plans, and phased delivery strategies.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer/Technical Architect.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model, data governance, and compliance considerations.
- Experience designing system, data, and integration architectures, including middleware such as MuleSoft.
- Strong experience with CI/CD and DevOps tooling, including SFDX, Jenkins, COPADO/GearSet, and modern DevOps stacks.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Solid grounding in IT architecture principles, design patterns, and system limitations.
- Exceptional leadership and influencing skills with the ability to guide program stakeholders, delivery teams, and customer leadership.
- At least one Salesforce Architect certification: Application Architect or System Architect.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Expert-level understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Custom Lightning platform, and AppExchange solutions.
- Deep hands-on expertise in Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch & Async processing, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL, data modeling, and governor limits.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations using REST & SOAP APIs, OAuth, SSO, and authentication patterns.
- Experience designing system, data, and integration architectures, including middleware such as MuleSoft.
- Strong experience with CI/CD and DevOps tooling, including SFDX, Jenkins, COPADO/GearSet, and modern DevOps stacks.
- Strong understanding of CRM QA best practices, testing strategies, and release governance.
