Salesforce Technical Architect

We are seeking a highly accomplished Salesforce Architect to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role that bridges business vision with technical execution — translating complex, multi-stakeholder requirements into scalable, maintainable, and high-performance CRM architectures.

 The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, demonstrated leadership in large-scale Salesforce programs, and a working familiarity with Manufacturing Cloud as an added advantage. You will serve as the authoritative technical voice across architecture decisions, platform governance, and delivery quality — working closely with business sponsors, product owners, developers, and integration teams.

Architecture & Solution Design

• Define and own the overall Salesforce technical architecture, including data models, integration patterns, security frameworks, and platform governance standards.
• Lead solution design workshops, translating business process requirements into scalable, best-practice Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and (where applicable) Manufacturing Cloud.
• Produce and maintain architecture artefacts — solution design documents, data flow diagrams, integration architecture blueprints, and technical decision records.
• Evaluate build vs. buy decisions, AppExchange solutions, and third-party integrations, providing well-reasoned recommendations.

Technical Leadership & Delivery

• Serve as the technical lead and quality authority across Salesforce delivery squads, guiding developers and admins on complex configurations, Apex code, LWC, and integration implementations.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, peer-review practices, DevOps pipeline governance (Salesforce DX / CI-CD), and environment management strategies.
• Conduct architecture and code reviews, identifying risks and driving resolution before they impact production stability or user experience.
• Partner with project managers and delivery leads to scope, estimate, and sequence technical work with accuracy.
