Salesforce Technical Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Salesforce Technical Architect to design, architect, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, integrations, custom development, and enterprise architecture, with the ability to actively participate in POCs, complex solution design, and implementation. Experience with Salesforce AI capabilities, Agentforce, Einstein AI, and Data Cloud is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical architecture for Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Platform, and AI-powered solutions.
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Build and demonstrate POCs and prototypes, including AI-driven use cases, to validate solution approaches.
• Provide hands-on guidance in Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations, automation, data modeling, and security architecture.
• Design and govern integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
• Architect and implement solutions leveraging Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, Prompt Builder, Copilot Studio, and Generative AI capabilities.
• Conduct architecture and code reviews, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Mentor development teams and drive technical excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define innovative and scalable solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3+ years in a Technical Architect or Lead Architect role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, Integration Patterns, Security, and Data Architecture.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations and complex integrations.
• Experience building POCs and solving complex business and technical challenges.
• Experience with Salesforce AI offerings such as Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, Prompt Builder, and Generative AI solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
