About the Role

Megnity Technologies is looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead enterprise-scale architecture design and delivery across Salesforce-powered digital transformation programs. You will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performing CRM solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10 -15 years of IT salesforce experience, including minimum 2+ years in Salesforce Technical Architect
• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design
• Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
• Strong understanding of multi-org architecture and complex CRM implementations
• Experience in security models, encryption, and compliance frameworks
• Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines in Salesforce environments
• Knowledge of agent force, Eisenstein AI & Data cloud for Automation and customer insights
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or on CTA path (Prefered)
• Salesforce Application Architect / System Architect certifications
• Experience in AI-driven CRM, Data Cloud, or Agentforce implementations
• Exposure to industries like Pharma, Healthcare, Financial Services, or Retail
• Experience in consulting or product engineering environments
