We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce transformation and implementation programs. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, CRM solution design, integrations, and enterprise application modernization.
This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on Salesforce development expertise, and the ability to architect scalable, high-performance CRM solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and drive end-to-end Salesforce architecture strategy for enterprise CRM implementations and transformation initiatives
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technology goals
- Lead architecture and development activities across :
i. Salesforce CRM
ii. Force.com platform
iii. Lightning framework
iv. Integrations and API ecosystems
- Architect and implement :
i. Custom Salesforce applications
ii. Enterprise integrations
iii. Service-oriented and microservices-based solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical leads to gather requirements and define solution roadmaps
- Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, architecture governance, and best practice implementation
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams, technical leads, and solution consultants
- Drive end-to-end implementation activities including :
i. Solution architecture
ii. Development oversight
iii. Deployment planning
iv. Release management
v. Performance optimization
- Identify gaps between current and target-state architecture and define modernization strategies
- Ensure scalability, maintainability, security, and compliance across Salesforce ecosystems
- Evaluate emerging Salesforce technologies and drive innovation initiatives across projects
Required Skills & Experience :
- 10-18 years of experience in enterprise application development and CRM solution architecture
- Minimum :
i. 12+ years of experience developing Salesforce-based technology solutions
ii. 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Architect
iii. 5+ years handling client-facing consulting and implementation engagements
- Strong expertise in :
i. Salesforce CRM (SFDC)
ii. Force.com Platform
iii. Apex Development
iv. Lightning Aura Components
v. Lightning Web Components (LWC)
vi. Visualforce
- Hands-on experience with :
i. Apex APIs
ii. Apex Triggers
iii. Web Services & APIs
iv. Salesforce Integrations
v. AppExchange deployments
vi. Workflow & Approval Processes
- Strong understanding of :
i. Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
ii. Enterprise integrations
iii. API-led architecture
iv. CRM solution design
- Experience integrating Salesforce with :
i. Enterprise applications
ii. Third-party systems
iii. Middleware and integration platforms
- Expertise in :
i. Configuration & customization
ii. Deployment and release management
iii. System scalability and performance optimization
- Experience handling multiple projects and mentoring technical teams
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred Skills :
- Hands-on experience with :
i. EPC (Enterprise Product Catalog)
ii. CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)
iii. Order Management (OM) solutions
- Salesforce certifications such as :
i. Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
ii. Application/System Architect
iii. Platform Developer certifications
- Exposure to Agile and DevOps practices within Salesforce ecosystems
