Salesforce Einstein Developer

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Einstein Developer with 5-7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce Einstein AI, particularly with Einstein Service GPT and Einstein Bots , and possess strong development skills on the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Einstein Expertise :
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Einstein AI , including implementing and optimizing Einstein Service GPT and Einstein Bots .
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design AI-powered solutions that enhance customer service and engagement.
Salesforce Development :
- Proven ability to develop custom applications, workflows, and automation on the Salesforce platform using Apex , Visualforce , and Lightning components .
- Customize and extend Salesforce functionalities to meet business needs, leveraging Einstein features.
AI, Machine Learning, and NLP :
- Strong understanding of AI , machine learning , and natural language processing (NLP) concepts to implement intelligent solutions within Salesforce.
- Ability to apply these concepts in building predictive models and conversational bots.
Data Analysis & Problem Solving :
- Leverage data analysis experience to generate insights from Salesforce data and improve the effectiveness of Einstein features.
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and enhance system performance.
Communication Skills :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical AI and Salesforce concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a simplified manner.
Project Management :
- Proven track record of managing multiple Salesforce projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce certifications are highly preferred, such as:
- Salesforce Certified Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant
- Salesforce AI Associate or equivalent certifications.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies .
