Salesforce Developer ?? OmniStudio / Communication Cloud / FSC

Develop and configure OmniStudio components including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures to build guided, user-focused interfaces and data flows.
Implement Salesforce Industry (formerly Vlocity) solutions such as CPQ, Order Management, and Product Catalog (EPC) within Communications Cloud or related verticals.
IDesign and maintain Communication Cloud workflows, developing solutions tailored to telecom, media, or financial services business scenarios.
Integrate with third-party systems (e.g., billing, inventory, CRM, middleware platforms) using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware tools like MuleSoft.
Write clean, sustainable Salesforce code using Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and SOQL, ensuring platform best practices and adherence to governor limits.
Collaborate across teams, including architects, analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless end-to-end solution alignment.
Support testing cycles, handle deployment processes, and troubleshoot post-deployment issues effectively.

Bachelor??s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
4+ years of Salesforce development experience, with strong exposure to OmniStudio and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) tools
Proficiency in OmniScript, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, CPQ, Order Management, and Communications Cloud features
Solid understanding of API integration, product catalog modeling, rule engines, and guided selling flows
Demonstrable experience with Salesforce platform development including Apex, LWC, SOQL, and integration patterns
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration skills

Certifications: OmniStudio Developer, OmniStudio Consultant, Industries CPQ Developer
Familiarity with DevOps, packaging solutions, and CI/CD pipelines (Salesforce DX, unlocked packages)
