Role: Salesforce Developer/Lead/Assistant Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) to design, develop, and configure scalable Salesforce applications that align with business requirements. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, deliver high-quality technical solutions, and contribute to the overall success of Salesforce implementation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver high-quality applications.
- Take ownership of technical deliverables and contribute to key architectural and design decisions.
- Lead and mentor team members while promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure code quality through adherence to development standards, code reviews, and testing best practices.
- Continuously identify opportunities to optimize application performance and improve development processes.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Lightning Experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web development practices.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and web services is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
- Proven experience developing applications using Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 15 years of full-time education.
