Salesforce Developer

Position Summary:
Responsible for designing, developing, and managing Salesforce CRM solutions and integrations. Leads Salesforce projects, ensures application stability, drives enhancements, and mentors development teams. Works closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Salesforce CRM solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and related technologies.
• Lead onshore and offshore Salesforce development teams.
• Implement Salesforce integrations using Web Services and APIs.
• Translate business requirements into Salesforce technical solutions.
• Conduct workshops, solution reviews, and technical discussions with stakeholders.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and support team growth.
• Manage Salesforce application enhancements, releases, and change control processes.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Salesforce Development (Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce).
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Knowledge of Web Services, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML, XML, AJAX, and integrations.
• Salesforce Developer, Administrator, and Sales/Service Cloud Certifications preferred.
• Experience in data migration, reporting, and enterprise application development.

Experience & Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of Salesforce customization and integration experience.
• 1+ year of Lightning Platform development experience.
• 2+ years of technical leadership, project management, and code review experience.
