Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 3–4 years of experience in designing, developing, and customizing Salesforce applications. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Salesforce development, Apex, Lightning, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications based on business requirements.
• Design and develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Develop user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura.
• Configure Salesforce using Flows, Validation Rules, Workflows, and Approval Processes.
• Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Work with SOQL/SOSL for data retrieval and manipulation.
• Participate in deployment activities using Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, or CI/CD tools.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Salesforce applications.
• Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and Batch Apex.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Good understanding of Salesforce Flows and declarative features.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment and version-control tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud.
• Knowledge of Git, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologyRole & responsibilities
