TCS is looking for Salesforce Developer

Experience: 4-10 years

Location: Kolkata

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• 410 years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong expertise in Apex, Apex triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components
• Experience designing and developing Salesforce solutions using best practices
• Deep understanding of: Governor limits, Security model (roles, profiles, permissions), Config vs custom development decisions
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Experience with Data Loader and data management
• Familiarity with REST APIs, integrations, DevSecOps, and CI/CD pipelines (preferred)
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and collaboration skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders
• Bachelors degree in technical discipline (preferred)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions to meet business needs
• Troubleshoot issues and support existing Salesforce functionality
• Refactor legacy code to align with modern Salesforce technologies
• Develop and maintain test classes and ensure code coverage
• Follow Salesforce development lifecycle and Agile processes
• Collaborate with: Product owners, Business analysts, Architects and Tech Leads
• Work with cross-functional systems (MDM, Order Management, integrations)
• Review code and ensure quality through QA collaboration
• Identify system bottlenecks and recommend improvements
• Participate in requirement clarification and solution discussions
