Agentforce Developer

• Design and develop AI-powered agents using Salesforce Agentforce and Agent Builder. Build and configure custom agent actions using Apex, Flows, Prompt Builder, and APIs.
• Develop scalable Salesforce solutions using:
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• SOQL/SOSL
• Salesforce Flows
• Platform Events
• Integrate Agentforce with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Configure and optimize Prompt Builder, Model Builder, and AI-powered workflows.
• Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud and enterprise data sources to power intelligent agent responses.

Technical Skills

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, or Salesforce AI solutions.
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and Generative AI concepts.
• Strong experience with:
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Apex
• Visualforce (preferred)
• SOQL/SOSL
• Salesforce Flows
• Custom Objects and Metadata

Front-End Development
