Desired Experience Range 6 12 yearsDesired Competencies (Technical and Behavioral Competency)Must-Have10 years in Design| develop and customize Salesforce applications Implement integrations Ensure coding standards Collaborate with stakeholders Agile participation Production support Strong proficiency in Apex| Lightning Web Components (LWC)| and SOQL Experience designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions Strong understanding of Salesforce data model| security| and sharing rules Experience with Salesforce integrations using RESTSOAP APIs Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git) and CICD pipelines Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies
