Job Description:

• We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 48 years of experience and strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and system integrations.
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Aura on Sales/Service Cloud. Configure and implement solutions leveraging Salesforce.com technologies. Possess a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, API landscape, and enterprise integration patterns. Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Work with middleware tools and apply enterprise trigger patterns effectively. Demonstrate proficiency in Force.com platform development (Apex, Triggers, SOQL, Unit Testing).
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues promptly.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor junior developers and offer technical guidance.
• Stay current with Salesforce trends and emerging technologies.
• Deliver presentations and demos to stakeholders across multiple geographies.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills for global stakeholder management.
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on Salesforce coding experience.
• Proven expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, and integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) preferred.
