Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Salesforce using Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, Flows, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Configure Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Build workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and Lightning Record Pages.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, Named Credentials, Platform Events, and CDC.
• Manage Salesforce security, data migration, reporting, and dashboards.

Required Skills:

• Strong Salesforce CRM architecture knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce security.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Knowledge of Data Loader, reporting, dashboards, integrations, Git, CI/CD, and release management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred: Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Sales/Service Cloud) and Zendesk experience.
