Salesforce Developer

• Winfomi is seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of hands-on experience in developing and customizing Salesforce solutions.
• As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, coding, testing, and implementing Salesforce applications to meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Salesforce Development: Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions to meet specific business requirements using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Flows, Visualforce Page and other Salesforce technologies.
• Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other systems and platforms, such as third-party applications and databases, using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Data Management: Implement data migrations and maintain data quality within Salesforce by designing and executing data processes.
• Automations: Create and maintain workflow rules, process builder flows, and automation processes to streamline business operations.
• Customization: Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and record types to align with business processes.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Testing and Debugging: Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Salesforce applications to ensure quality and reliability.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of customizations, configurations, and code changes to support ongoing development efforts.
• Security: Implement and adhere to Salesforce security best practices, including user management, profile, and permission set assignments.
• User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionality and assist with issue resolution.
• Stay Current: Keep up to date with Salesforce updates, best practices, and emerging technologies to suggest improvements and optimizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification is a must.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and development.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Good understanding of data modelling and database concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
