Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Experience Developer to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and high-performing portals, communities, and digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure Salesforce Experience Cloud sites, portals, and communities.
• Customize standard and custom Salesforce objects, Flow, and Lightning components for Experience Cloud.
• Integrate Experience Cloud with internal/external systems via APIs and web services.
• Implement authentication, security, and access control for different portal users.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to deliver user-friendly and responsive portal interfaces.
• Perform unit testing, debug issues, and ensure high-quality code delivery.
• Maintain release management, version control, and deployment activities.
• Provide support and enhancements for existing Experience Cloud implementations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Salesforce Experience Cloud development experience (Community Builder, Lightning Components, Experience Builder).
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce declarative features.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Understanding of sharing rules, roles, profiles, and permission sets for portal users.
• Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools like Azure DevOps, Salesforce CLI, or DevOps tools like Copado, Flossum etc.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant.
• Knowledge of version control and CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Salesforce CLI).
• Knowledge of SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization for portals.
