Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer and Administrator with 8-10 years of proven experience in managing complex Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs, with hands-on experience in integration and data manipulation tools like Data Loader and MuleSoft. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential. Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (preferred), along with a B.E/ B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent, are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
• Create and manage Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Implement Salesforce integrations with third-party applications and services.
• Perform complex data manipulations, migrations, and integrations using tools like Data Loader and MuleSoft.

Salesforce Administration

• Configure Salesforce applications, including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Oversee system performance, conduct regular maintenance, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analytics to support decision-making.

Project Management

• Lead Salesforce projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into functional solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and administrators.
• Document development processes, system configurations, and user guides for reference and training.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to recommend improvements and enhancements.
• Optimize system performance and streamline processes to enhance user experience and efficiency.
• Participate in Salesforce communities and user groups to share knowledge and gain insights.

Requirements

• Experience:8-10 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration with a proven track record of managing complex Salesforce implementations.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs. Experience with integration tools and data manipulation tools (e.g., Data Loader).
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail and a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices and design patterns.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Education

• Certifications:Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (preferred).
• B.E/ B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent.
