About The Gig
As a Salesforce Developer, you will own and evolve Simpleenergy's Salesforce ecosystem that powers customer enquiries, test rides, bookings, sales pipelines, and post-booking workflows. You will work closely with sales, marketing, support, product, and engineering teams to build scalable, reliable, and automated systems that directly impact revenue and customer experience.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both business workflows and technical execution, and can build clean, maintainable Salesforce solutions in a fast-growing EV startup.


What You'll Do:

  • Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions for enquiries, leads, bookings, orders, and customer lifecycle management
  • Customize Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and validation rules
  • Implement end-to-end sales workflows including lead capture, assignment, conversion, booking, and fulfillment tracking
  • Integrate Salesforce with internal systems (backend services, websites, payment gateways, CRM tools) via APIs
  • Build automation using Flows, Process Builder (where applicable), and Apex triggers to reduce manual effort
  • Create dashboards and reports for sales, marketing, and leadership teams
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance across large volumes of customer and booking data
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Support releases, deployments, bug fixes, and ongoing platform improvements

What You Bring:

  • 2-6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
  • Strong experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data models: Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and custom objects
  • Experience building CRM workflows for enquiries, bookings, sales pipelines, and customer support
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs and webhooks
  • Familiarity with Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments with evolving requirements
  • Bonus: Experience with Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, or payment integrations.
