Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to design, build and maintain scalable CRM solutions. In this role, you will leverage your deep understanding of the Salesforce platform to translate complex business requirements into clean, efficient, and maintainable enterprise architecture. This is a high-impact position ideal for strong hands-on technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Should be able to lead and manage team of developers
• Collaborate closely with architects, administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver seamless and high-quality CRM solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom and declarative solutions across the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal system performance and scalability.
• Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle, focusing on code quality, comprehensive testing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical debt.
• Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines and utilize modern DevOps practices to streamline deployment and release management.
• Integrate Salesforce with internal and external enterprise systems using modern API and event-driven architecture patterns.
• Have solid hands-on experience on Apex, LWC, Integrations(Rest/Soap APIs), Omni Studio, Experience Cloud, Financial Services Cloud

Required Experience & Skills

• 6 to 8 years of dedicated, hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience.
• Deep technical expertise in Experience Cloud, FSC, Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
• Hands-on Experience in Apex Classes and Flows
• Strong ability to design, develop, and maintain Apex classes
• Expertise in building and optimizing Salesforce Flows for automating business processes
• Hands-on Experience in Triggers
• Proficient in writing efficient and scalable triggers
• Ability to apply best practices for bulk operations, recursion control, and trigger frameworks.
• Good Knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Skilled in developing responsive and reusable LWCs
• Understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS within the Salesforce Lightning framework.
• Knowledge of Integrations
• Experience in working with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party application integrations
• Familiarity with authentication methods, callouts, and data exchange patterns
• Knowledge of Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
• Understanding of FSC objects, data models, and processes
• Ability to customize and configure FSC features to meet business needs
• Proven experience with Git/version control, CI/CD workflows, and deployment tools

Certifications

• Required: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II.
• Required: Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and Experience Cloud Consultant.
• Highly Preferred: Salesforce Certified Integration Architect or Service Cloud Consultant.

Preferred Profile

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira or similar project tracking tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts
