Salesforce Developer

Location: Kolkata | Chennai | Pune | Powai Mumbai | Hyderabad | Bangalore | Noida
Experience: 6 to 8 Years

Required Skills

• 6 to 8 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Components (Aura Framework & Lightning Design System).
• Hands-on experience with:
• Apex Classes & Triggers
• Visualforce Pages
• Process Builder
• JavaScript
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Metadata).
• Knowledge of Salesforce tools such as Data Loader, Force.com IDE, Excel Connector, DemandTools, and Informatica.
• Experience in Salesforce Administration and Functional Design.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations across enterprise applications.
• Experience in at least 3 end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and implement Salesforce applications.
• Develop reusable and scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Build and maintain Lightning Components, Apex, Visualforce, and integrations.
• Perform technical analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Follow Salesforce best practices to improve application performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during iterative release cycles.
• Support integrations across the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Identify project risks and escalate issues when required.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Administration & Functional Design.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
