We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Certinia PSA (formerly FinancialForce PSA) , especially in workflow automation and end-to-end implementation .
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of workflow automation in Certinia PSA on the Salesforce platform.
- Drive full-cycle PSA implementations including requirement gathering, solutioning, configuration, customization, and deployment.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful PSA rollout and post-go-live support.
- Automate complex business processes using Apex, Flows, Process Builder, and other Salesforce tools.
- Develop integrations with other systems as needed using Salesforce APIs.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Key Skills Required:
- 4+ years of hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform
- Expertise in Certinia PSA , with a minimum of 2 3 end-to-end implementation projects
- Strong understanding of workflow automation , Apex , Flow , Process Builder
- Solid experience in PSA configuration, customization, and deployment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field (mandatory)
Good to Have:
- Certinia PSA certification (if available)
- Experience with Agile project delivery
- Domain experience in professional services or consulting verticals
