About the Opportunity :
InfoGrowth Staffing Partner is hiring experienced Salesforce Developers for one of our leading clients. We are looking for strong hands-on Salesforce professionals with expertise in Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce integrations, automation, and Salesforce Second-Generation Packaging (2GP). Candidates must have hands-on experience in Salesforce 2GP Packaging, including package creation, package versioning, and deployment using Salesforce DX (SFDX) and Salesforce CLI.
Role Summary :
The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, 2GP Packaging, Lightning development, automation, integrations, and end-to-end technical implementation.

- Mandatory hands-on experience in Salesforce 2GP Packaging
- Experience in creating and managing 2GP packages and package versions
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX) and Salesforce CLI
- Experience with Visualforce, Aura Components, and Salesforce Flows
- Strong experience in asynchronous Apex, including Batch and Queueable Apex
- Experience with Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, governor limits, and security controls
- Experience in Sales Cloud and Salesforce Lightning Framework
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines and source control
- Ability to design and implement end-to-end Salesforce components with minimal inputs from Architects or Leads
- Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills
Preferred Skills :
- Experience in 1GP to 2GP package migration
- Experience with Managed Packages or Unlocked Packages
- Experience with middleware technologies
- Exposure to Talend or Apigee is an advantage
- Experience working on enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
