Salesforce Data Analyst

Position Overview

The B2B Sales and Operations team is seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Data Analyst and Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex data systems and execution by managing data integrity, designing smart automations, handling business support requests, and coordinating a team of offshore data agents. Your primary focus will be optimizing workflows, maintaining Salesforce account accuracy, and driving efficiency across our sales support channels. Training will be provided to help you ramp up, but an independent, problem-solving mindset is critical for success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Offshore Team Management & Coordination

Serve as the primary point of contact and coordinator for the GSS offshore data steward team.

Manage daily activity, troubleshoot operational issues, handle prioritization, and provide ongoing training to the offshore team.

Ensure offshore agents meet strict quality standards and delivery timelines for data maintenance tasks.

2. Data Integrity & Analytics

Review data quality dashboards daily to identify, investigate, and resolve system inconsistencies.

Provide detailed analytics and operational insights regarding Salesforce account movements, territory changes, and data discrepancies.

Conduct 1:1 sales and operations support to resolve localized data and routing issues.

3. Process Automation & Optimization

Design, build, and deploy automated workflows to streamline incoming support channels and eliminate manual overhead.

Proactively identify bottlenecks in current sales operations processes and recommend automated or strategy-driven solutions.

4. Documentation & Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Document, organize, and maintain a centralized repository of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Leverage AI and modern operational tooling to optimize SOP creation, keeping guides up to date with changing business rules.
