Job Description:  Salesforce Business Analyst

Overview:

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst cum QA with 6 to 8 years of experience who can bridge business requirements and quality assurance within Salesforce projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in requirement gathering, user story creation, and functional testing across the Salesforce ecosystem. Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications
• Translate business needs into Salesforce solution requirements
• Work closely with developers, architects, and stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Create test scenarios, test cases, and execute functional/UAT testing
• Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations
• Support UAT coordination, defect tracking, and release validation
• Ensure solution quality through end-to-end testing and documentation

Who You Are:

• 6 to 8 years of experience as Business Analyst and QA in Salesforce projects
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud)
• Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and user story documentation
• Hands-on experience with functional testing, UAT coordination, and defect management
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ADO or similar ALM tools

Preferred

• Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS)
• Salesforce certifications (Admin / Business Analyst / Associate)
