Salesforce Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes using Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless integration of new features and functionality.
• Develop and maintain documentation of business processes, workflows, and user guides to ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot issues related to e-commerce platform performance, data integrity, and customer experience.

Job Requirements :

• 5-17 years of experience in Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud implementation or similar e-commerce platforms (e.g., Demandware).
• Strong understanding of b2c commerce principles, including order management, inventory control, shipping & handling processes.
• Experience working on large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders across various departments (IT, Marketing, Operations).
• Proven track record in analyzing complex business problems and developing creative solutions using technology.
