Roles And Responsibilities

• To analyse the present business process, pinpoint business pain points, and establish business goals, lead or take part in business solution design sessions with key stakeholders.

• Create Visio diagrams to show how the client s business flow is currently organised and how it will change after our solution is put into practise.

• Assemble and record specific requirements that will help the success of business solution design.

• Analyze the data critically, resolve disagreements, transform high-level data into details, and separate user requests from the underlying real need.

• Clients should be informed about best practises in the CRM, ERP, and business process areas.

Prerequisites

• A strong listener who is a champion for customers, completely understanding their needs and problems.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate with client executives.

• Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

• Comprehensive knowledge of B2B marketing/sales pipeline procedures and KPIs.

• Proven mastery in Microsoft Excel. (Processes, data purging, and data modification) A distinct asset is exposure to Salesforce.com configuration and custom development.

• Salesforce.com Certifications in administration, consulting, or development are advantageous.

• Working knowledge of a reputable consulting firm is unquestionably advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s or master s degree in related technical field

• 3+ years of associated work experience

• Strong experience in user testing and project management
