Sales Training Manager

We are hiring a Sales Training Manager to drive training and development for our growing Sales & Marketing teams. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where youll mentor individuals from entry-level sales through to leadership and management.

Youll work closely with teams across B2B corporate sales, residential (B2C) campaigns, and live events, delivering hands-on training in a dynamic, field-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging sales training sessions for new and existing team members
  • Provide hands-on field coaching in face-to-face sales, communication, and negotiation
  • Support onboarding and develop individuals through real-time mentoring
  • Coach teams on performance, targets, and customer engagement
  • Help build and develop future Team Leaders and Managers
  • Track performance and provide continuous feedback for improvement

Training & Leadership Focus

• Lead structured training across sales, marketing, and customer acquisition
  • Mentor individuals through a clear progression into leadership roles
  • Build and support high-performing, target-driven teams
  • Play a key role in scaling teams across new markets
