Sales Trainer

Job Requirements

• Minimum 6-10 years of relevant experience in sales training or a related field.
• Post Graduate or Master's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a similar field.
• Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
• Ability to create and understand data reports for informed decision-making.
• Comfortable traveling for training purposes.
• Experience in content development and PPT creation is highly desirable.
• Prior exposure to handholding and managing OJT is preferred.
• Should be able to take initiatives to make training more effective and contribute to business improvement.
• Knowledge of TNI is an added advantage.
