Sales Team Lead

Job Description:

PolicyBazaar is hiring a Team Lead Inside Sales to manage and drive telesales team performance, ensure achievement of sales targets, and maintain operational efficiency. The role requires strong leadership skills and experience in managing high-performing sales teams.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of overall experience in sales, preferably in Inside Sales
  At least 2 years of experience in team handling and managing telesales agents
• B2C sales experience is mandatory
• Strong experience in Inside Sales / Telesales operations
• Good understanding of key call center metrics such as attrition, shrinkage, productivity, and performance management
• Ability to motivate, coach, and guide the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills
• Ability to monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
• Graduation is mandatory
