Job Title: Team Leader Insurance Sales (BPO)

Location: Gurgaon

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Insurance Sales Team Handling in BPO

About the Role:

We are looking for a performance-driven Team Leader Insurance Sales to lead and manage a team of telesales executives. The role involves ensuring sales targets are achieved, optimizing dialer utilization, and delivering high-quality customer conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and monitor a team of insurance telesales executives.
• Drive achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly insurance sales targets.
• Track and optimize dialer performance, occupancy, utilization, and sales conversions.
• Ensure compliance with IRDA guidelines and company policies.
• Train and coach the team on insurance products, objection handling, and pitching skills.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure quality service delivery.
• Maintain accurate MIS reports on sales and productivity.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales as Team leader (BPO/Contact Center).
• Proven experience in dialer management, occupancy & utilization tracking, conversion improvement.
• Good understanding of insurance products and sales processes.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
