Job Overview

We are looking for experienced Customer Service Executives to join our Voice & Chat Blended process. The role requires delivering excellent customer support while identifying opportunities to upsell relevant products and services. Candidates should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment and possess strong communication and customer handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice and chat channels.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining quality standards.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Achieve monthly upselling and performance targets.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions.
• Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and process requirements.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve business goals.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, BPO, Contact Center, Voice Process, Chat Support, or a similar role.
• Experience in upselling, cross-selling, or sales-driven customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (C1 level or above).
• Comfortable working in rotational 24x7 shifts.
• Willing to work from the Gurugram office.
• Immediate Joiners Required
