Sales Specialist - Drives, PLC & Automation

This Position reports to:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

This role is contributing to the Motion business based at Raipur, India:

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABBs offering and strategy.
• Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers.
• Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
• Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.
• To Primary focus on Channel Partners / OEMs / EU/ System Integrators Market.
• Look for new customer, opportunity untapped by ABB.
• Achieve the order target month on month and collect the overdue in time.
• Develop new channel partner to address the untapped distribution business in Cluster.
• Work together with market manager, product sales managers for business growth

• Good knowledge on the LV Drives is preferred.
• Sales Experience with EPC/ OEM /System Integrators and Channels
• Aggressive and result oriented, should know to sell volumes and values.
• Good communication skills.
• BE-Ele and B.Tech Electronics
• Experience of 5 to 12 years
