Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage sales of ready mix concrete (RMC) products to customers across various industries, including residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.
