Real estate sales experience of 3-5 years .

- We are looking for a talented Sales Personal to sell our residential projects.
- Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in regional languages would be an advantage.
- Need to engage with the customers who come to our sales office.
- Take them through the details of the project through various tools provided by the company.
- Understand the customer needs and provide the relevant details.
- Be in constant followup with clients and provide any further details regarding the project and banking.
- Get the customer back to the site for revisit and pursue them for buying.
- The candidate should follow the standard operating process provided by the company from time to time.
- This job involves Saturday & Sunday working. There will be a weekly off on designated days.
