Sales Person (Back Office Executive)

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Person to join our team as a Back Office Executive in Patiala. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in telephonic calls and direct marketing, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Conduct surveys and make cold calls to identify potential customers and build relationships.
• Utilize computer knowledge, particularly MS Excel, to manage data and track sales performance.
• Explain the company's business model, including pricing, delivery, and payment terms, to distributors.
• Visit customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry to stay informed about market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telephonic calls and direct marketing.
• Strong understanding of pricing policies and the ability to explain them to distributors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other computer applications.
• Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
