2 Manage, Monitor & Track the portfolio quality by keeping the ED cases as per threshold limits

3 Completion of PDD on time for the loans disbursed

• Deliver disbursemet as per productivity norms by managing SO productivity
• Maintain branch profitability
  WIRR to be 17% and PF to be 1.1% PDD Collection Plan
• Manage and monitor the portfolio quality and follow up with ED cases for timely resolution
• Training Mandays
