Job Description

his position will be reporting to Zonal Sales Manager - Construction Chemicals BU of the respective region and will be accountable for the following objectives at given work area: •Will be responsible and accountable for leading sales team of Concrete Admixture, VAP, Ancillary Products & other construction chemicals portfolio in the allotted cluster. •Should have good relationship in Key Accounts like L&T, Tata Projects, Afcons and other Infrastructure Companies. •Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information •Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys •Maintain pricing parameters and margin control •Recommend/Implement actions required to improve system performance.                                                                                                                                                                                               •Monthly planning & reporting •Sales Forecast and Market Intelligence.  •Lead an area as to ensure delivery of product meeting customer requirements and responsible for customer satisfaction index. •Maintain and observe the quality, environment, health, safety in the system.

4-8 years of Experience. He should have experience in Sales & Marketing of Construction Chemical products /RMCs/ Cement Project Sales/ Other relevant Building material Products
